Hello everyone !

I’m back with another fun Lets Talk session. I know it’s been while since I conducted the talk session. But now here’s brand new talk session which is gonna be helpful for all of us.

What is Let’s talk? Are you new to my blog ?

If yes , then here are links to my previous Let’s Talk posts :

Let’s start !

Imagine , you had a great day. You successfully completed a project at your work Or had a great exam or had great time with your friends. At the end of day you try to think about things which went wrong or where you didn’t do well.

Let’s take another example , you met someone who’s a great person & has many good qualities. But still you look for their flaws & imperfections.

This is the main reason why people are unhappy. Because they are always focusing on what went wrong instead of what is going right & perfect.

Small wins & losses? What are they?

A small win can be any positive thing happened to you in the whole day.

For example:

  • You made someone smile
  • You completed an assigned task to you
  • You woke up early & did exercise as planned
  • You helped someone

It can be anything no matter how small.

My today’s small win & loss:

I had practical exam today. I was prepared well for all of the problem statements except two. Unfortunately I got the problem statement for which I was not prepared. Unlucky me.

I was screwed. But somewhere I had a feeling that I’m gonna complete my practical successfully. Though I didn’t know how.

I mean ,I had an obvious option which was requesting my teacher to let me change my problem statement. Though after changing it my 10 marks was going to be already reduced. But I had no option , right?

And thankfully teacher let me change it & I got an easy one. I completed my practical successfully & I came home with a smile on my face.

So the small win was not getting panicked & having belief that it’s gonna be fine. Staying positive in such situation was a win for me.

But , I do need to accept the fact that I should’ve prepared for every problem statement. My loss was not preparing for those two problems & trusting my luck too much (Stupid me). I’m gonna prepare for my next exam better than I did for this one.

I hope you are getting what I mean here. I mean , look for positives but also don’t ignore the negatives. Because, we must learn from the negatives & celebrate positives.

I want each one of you to share your Small wins as well as Small losses from today. Sharing small wins will help you to cheer up & losses will help you to work harder on your weak areas.

So where did you win today & where did you lost ?

  • Thought for Change

I have a lot of losses and I trust too much on my instincts which is the cause of most my downfall. I am trying to change though.

You should trust your instincts but only after understanding them by asking few questions to yourself πŸ˜ŠπŸ™Œ

    Interesting topic yar..
by the way u clearly expressed small win n loss with respect to ur practical exam..
I have always been in kind of predicting things that was probably one of the losses as I change my decision based on my prediction. But as when the prediction works out I feel satisfied and that’s when I feel the win..😊

I see , that’s what is wrong with predicting things. We should enjoy the process instead of predicting the end resultπŸ˜‹

    Hey!
    Very thoughtful.
My win today was, i learned doing one practical through the way I thought it was impossible to do.
And the loss was, the results of the practical was not in my favour, but still I learnt something very unexpected. 😊

Indeed. Small achievements can mend our spirit. Although I’ve never felt loss in its entirety, I’ve sure as hell driven satisfaction from little things that eventually matter in the long run (:

Love this. My small win today is that I have completed chapter 3 of my novel. I’m choosing to celebrate that instead of getting bogged down in worrying about how far I have to go (that interferes with the magical state I have to be in to write about fairies and magic) Have a great weekend ❀

Today, while I was at work, my cousin stole my apple ipad and tested to see if it can survive a thirty foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My iPad
is now destroyed and she has 83 views. I know this is entirely off topic but I had to share it with
    someone! https://keto900.org/

Howdy! I realize this is somewhat off-topic however I had to ask.
Does managing a well-established website like yours take a large amount of work?
I’m completely new to running a blog but I do write in my diary everyday.
I’d like to start a blog so I can easily share my own experience and
views online. Please let me know if you have any kind of suggestions
or tips for new aspiring blog owners. Appreciate it! https://privyfarmsketo.com/
